Edward Davies & Associates Ltd. is a Sierra Leone-based consulting engineering practice serving infrastructure development through design, supervision, surveying, geotechnical engineering, mapping, feasibility, asset management, and related advisory support.

Engineer Samuel Leigh, P.E. joined the practice in 1975 and succeeded Engineer Edward J. Davies as Chief Executive Officer in 1978. He served as CEO/MD through 2025, representing 47 years of sustained leadership.

EDA was established in 1963 and has more than six decades of local infrastructure experience.
